- Is there a limit on how many invoices I can send?
- Free accounts can create up to 10 invoices per month and manage up to 5 clients. Pro removes all limits - unlimited invoices, unlimited clients, online payments, and automated reminders.
- Do you charge a platform fee on payments?
- No. WaffleInvoice does not add an extra transaction fee. You only pay standard Stripe payment processing when clients pay online.
- Can I cancel Pro any time?
- Yes. Cancel from Settings → Account at any time. You keep Pro access through the end of your current billing period, then drop back to the free plan. No cancellation fee.
- Is there a setup fee or onboarding charge?
