Will I be asked for a credit card later?
Only if you choose to upgrade to Pro, or if you want to enable online payments (Stripe collection) on your invoices. The free tier does not require a card.
What happens at 25 invoice emails in a rolling 30-day period?
You can still create unlimited invoices and download them as PDFs to send yourself. The cap is only on automated emails sent through WaffleInvoice. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited.
