Does invoice automation work on the free plan?
Recurring invoice generation is a Pro feature. The free plan lets you create unlimited invoices manually and send up to 25 invoice emails a month. Automated sending, reminders, and late fees require Pro at $19 a month.
Can I automate invoices for recurring clients?
Yes. Set a client on a recurring schedule (weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually) and we create and send the invoice on the right date. You can edit or pause any cycle.
What happens if a client does not pay?
Automated reminder emails go out at configurable intervals. You can also apply a late fee automatically after a set number of days. Both are included in Pro.
Can I automate invoices for different clients on different schedules?
Yes. Each recurring invoice has its own schedule, start date, and settings. You can have weekly clients, monthly retainers, and quarterly billing all running at the same time.
